Prep the Steak

Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook until golden brown.
Cook the veggies

In the same pan, saute the onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients

Add the beef back to the pan with the sauteed veggies, parsley, and mushroom soup.
Cover and Cook

Cover the pan. Transfer to the oven and cook for one hour.
