Our family's Favorite Kosher Dill Pickles
Homemade with fresh cucumbers, dill, and garlic. Tested and approved safe canning recipe for shelf stable storage.
Simple Ingredients!
Prep the Jars & Lids

Prepare canning jars and lids by washing in warm, soapy water.
Prep the Produce

Peel the garlic and wash the fresh dill.
Fill the Jars

Fill the jars with garlic, salt, peppercorns, cucumbers, and hot brine.
Seal the Jars

Wipe the jar rims and affix the lids and rings.
Process in a Water Bath

Process the filled jars in a hot water bath.
Cool and Store
6
Allow the jars to cool completely and then store in a cool, dark place.
