–Water –Butter –Salt –Rice –Olive oil –Onion –Red or green bell pepper –Celery –Garlic cloves –Black eyed peas –Chicken stock – Salt and pepper –Parsley –Onions –Tomato

Bring the water, butter and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan.
