Ingredients
–Swiss cheese –Gruyere cheese –Cornstarch –Garlic clove –Dry white wine –Lemon juice –Dry mustard –Salt –Nutmeg –Assortment of bread cubes

Grate the cheeses. In a medium bowl, toss the cheese with the cornstarch.
