- Pork chops - Salt - Pepper - All-purpose flour - Olive oil - Marinara sauce - Red pepper flakes - Spaghetti - Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.

Sprinkle the flour over the chops to lightly coat them.

Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large deep skillet.
